For per-minute billing plans, you will sign up online via the shopping cart. You will be billed monthly in advance for the plan-based retainer that you select. If the minutes billed to your account exceed the retainer amount (for example, if the total number of minutes for inbound Lite equates to 1,500 minutes), we will invoice you on the 5th of the month for the excess hours.How will the agents know how to handle my calls? During the induction meeting, your call center manager will develop a series of calls types, call scripts and implement a comprehensive training program for the agents who will be taking your calls. The protocols and procedures for handling your calls will then be stored on the PA Everyday online WIKI.How many agents will be answering my calls? For per-minute inbound plans, there will be 2 full-time agents trained on your account. This will ensure that if an agent is on lunch or on leave, your calls will always be answered.What happens if my calls are not answered? We will set up a voicemail for your account. Any calls that are missed will be called back immediately. |
