You can choose to pay either weekly or monthly depending upon what best matches your cash flow and accounting needs. At the end of each calendar month, we will add up the minutes of talk time on your account and if you have exceeded the plan minutes, you will be invoiced you for the difference. If you have opted for extras such as toll free numbers or call transferring, you will be invoiced only for the actual inbound minutes of usage for the toll free number.
After you get started, an extensive knowledge transfer will take place. After the knowledge transfer, our agents will be trained in the areas of product/service knowledge, call scripts, and any other relevant knowledge relating to your business.
