Absolutely. There is no difference in terms of security between a person sitting in your country vs. a person sitting in another country doing your accounts. The majority of PA Everyday clients will opt to simply add PA Everyday as another user to their existing online accounting system. The security of your records is then a function of the security of the online accounting platform itself.
It may not look like it, but there is a big difference. If you lease a bookkeeper directly, they will work for you as if they were an employee. They will report to you each day (or week, depending upon your management style) and will carry out their work based on your training and your specific instructions.
When outsourcing the function of bookkeeping, you will deal only with our Australian bookkeeper. While 95% of your numbers will be crunched in our Philippines office, all work will be checked by the Australian bookkeeper.
We certainly can. At the end of each month or quarter, we can take the work we have completed for you during the period, and for a fee of only $79 (+GST), provide you with all final figures for BAS submission.
For our outsourced bookkeeping clients, billing is made simple. In order to streamline billing while maintaining our amazing prices, our clients simply pay their monthly retainer via direct debit (online subscription). Any excess work completed during the calendar quarter will be billed on the following dates coinciding with the end of each calendar quarter: April 5, July 5, October 5, January 5.
